The room was not clean, and the sheets and pillows smelled like sweat. The bathroom smelled of mold and mildew. Changing rooms was not any better. The toilet in my new room did not flush properly. After seeing more than one large roach in the room (one that I had left the trash can covering), I cancelled the rest of my stay and stayed in Abilene, driving back and forth.
I understand that many workers pass through this hotel, but I gave it another chance after a bad experience on my last trip. We come to Eastland and Cisco 8 to 9 times a year. The Best Western and the La Quinta used to be quality places to stay. Those days have passed. The hotel requires significant improvements in overall maintenance, interior design, and furnishings. However, it's evident that your facility is relying heavily on the volume from road travel and the oil patch. So, until a newer hotel is built, Abilene it is.

Mmm…would not take my family.
Pros: large rooms, good ac, everyone seemed to enjoy the lemonade that was being served in the lobby. Cheaper than stephenville.
Cons: cockroach on the wall while we were checking in- gave the benefit of the doubt since it’s right by the outside door. Room stink- there was a box of baking soda tucked behind the curtain. Sheets smelled like dirt. Socks were soaked after walking by the ac in the morning. Cockroach in the bathtub in the morning.
Has a lot of potential- just needs some good cleaning and maintenance. Hopefully they get that fixed.

I wish I could remember her name but the lady that checked us in was GREAT!
This is picky but the baseboards in the bathroom were dusty. All else was GREAT!!!!!!!

We come regularly to see our daughter. We always stay here and the desk staff remembers us. We often get a larger room and are always grateful for the kindness. The cookies are a treat and the water carafe is so refreshing. Breakfast is always fresh and well tended. Thanks for being here for us. We rely on your presence in the town.

Good stay great staff
The staff was amazing. Amanda at the front desk was so helpful! The beds were a little stiff and the pillows were kind of flat, but she was great and gave me extra pillows to help with that.

We had to wait for nearly 1and 1/2 hours to get in our room after 3 pm check in time. It was a citywide high school reunion that weekend, so they should have arranged for extra help to accommodate such a large crowd.Also the TV remote did not work. However, the AC worked fine, beds were comfortable, and the included breakfast was good. We will try to stay somewhere else the next time.

This hotel was clean and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The only issues we had was the conditioner and body wash dispensers were empty and the fire alarm went off at 3:36 am for no apparent reason. I would also bring my own pillows.
That being said, it’s one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at in a long time and the breakfast was really good.
