This was our 2nd time staying. Everything is always clean. The pool was clean, the lounge area is nice. The staff are friendly and professional. This is definitely our go to when we travel to see our family! I recommend the suite if you are traveling in a group or with children!

I got two connecting rooms and I honestly can’t complain. Water stayed hot the entire time lol
I love how there are multiple ways to utilize the space due to separating doors throughout the suite and bathroom/ dressing area. Will definitely be back again

The room was decent the bedding could be better more comfortable they should have tea in the room with coffee and other amenities like this readily available i asked for a cup with hot water and the staff said no i had to go buy my own tea i just needed water there is alot around the area but unimpressed with the over basic feel of amenities and willingness of some staff the front staff was overly nice and accommodating

The front desk gave us a key to someone else’s room so we walked in on someone. When we did get to our room it was very dusty, bugs were in the hot tub & their wasn’t any trash bags in the trash cans.

When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. When we called out the gentleman came out and did not acknowledge us with a good evening, hello or anything. He went to the computer and asked if we had a reservation. The room was clean but the bed was too soft for our liking.

Mr. Gus was amazing excellent customer service. 100/10 made me feel welcomed and fixed any inconvenience I had with no hesitation. I’m definitely coming back.

小心这家酒店，他们竟然收了我“延迟退房”的费用。我家客房服务人员11点50分就过来了，当时我正准备离开房间。我告诉她等一下，因为我正忙着把衬衫放进包里。钥匙12点才交给客服。这怎么能算延迟退房呢？我以后再也不住这家酒店，也不住希尔顿了。服务非常不满意。
