You can't beat this location that is less than a half mile from the MARTA station and the mall. They have a delightful shuttle driver (Emma) that can pick you up at the train station or take you to the mall. The bartender was also a pleasure!

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times, but always on the weekend. This time I was in town on business and opted to stay where we had been very comfortable in the past. Starting with the positive…Ms. Darlene in the lounge is a true gem!!! She greets each customer warmly and makes wonderful dinner recommendations. After a rough night, Ms. Lorraine at the front desk was a ray of sunshine!! I checked into a room on 5th floor. I started hearing knocking noises in the bathroom within a few min of check in. I went to front desk and requested another room…maintenance came and decided I needed another room. I moved. The next room was on 6th floor. I discovered when I went to shower after a sleepless night someone else’s open toiletries in the shower. I skipped the shower! The exec lounge was prob the worst I’ve ever seen. It opened at 5:30, I was there by 5:45. I found a half empty tray of cheese cubes and some kind of fried item..each piece had been cut into. There were no cokes of any sort with the exception of Diet Coke. I threw in the towel and went to lounge where I met Ms. Darlene. After I had ordered, I then found out there was a shuttle (week days only) Little detail that would’ve been helpful. The next morning after the sleepless night, I ran back down to exec lounge for breakfast. The eggs were good, the bacon was undercooked, toaster barely warmed bread but the worst was there was NO COFFEE!

Large living room w desk, chair, tv, microwave, frig, and coffee maker. Very spacious bathroom separated into 3 compartments for extra privacy and the BEDS almost rival the famous Heavenly a la Westin......almost. Very clean - and the hallway carpet is a must see- wear sunglasses! Fitness room, bar with grill ..all the necessaries.....good value and great location. Will return.

I have been staying at this hotel due to its convenience to my office. I have stayed here at least 50 plus nights this year. Absolutely one of the worst places in my opinion. Leadership is terrible and non responsive. I have reached out to the GM on several occasions and no response. The front desk staff is lazy and always on their phone and sitting down not willing to help. The food and beverage service and quality is terrible. Rooms are dated and worn out! Stains on carpets, couches and torn curtains. Looks like a cheap location. Hilton should be ashamed to have a hotel like this in their portfolio. I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member and extremely disappointed. May be time to move brands

This hotel is old and has multiple issues. The rooms are worn, old, carpet stained, furniture rugged and floors cracked. Both elevators didn't work and we had to utilize the service elevators for most of our stay. The staff was wasn't friendly and unhelpful. The food in the executive lounge was a joke. Basically the food was horrible. This is the worst Hilton I've ever stayed at.

While I found the hotel comfortable enough and also clean, I did notice that a refurbishment would be a good idea fairly soon. In the corners and at the decor and furniture you can see that it at least appears to have been awhile since it was done last. I did find the breakfast to be reasonbly good and the hotel was in a good location for my purposes.

I stayed at the Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Suites from the 11th to the 17th of September 2024. The property is located in a very convenient location, 2 blocks from the Perimeter Center and about 0.7 Miles from the Dunwoody Marta station offering excellent connectivity to all of Atlanta and Atlanta Airport. The Front Desk Staff and the serves at the Dunwoody Grill are friendly and efficient, and a special shout out to Gus from the Front Desk. However thats where the good things end. The property is in dire need to a make over. A lot of things just dont work. Be it one of the two elevators in the property, of the refrigerator at the Executive Lounge. Seriously, you cant fix it for 6 days ??? I also heard guests complaining about mold in the room, and while my room was just about Ok, the overall experience felt like a waste of money. The rooms have bed covers with holes in it, and despite my requests, i received housekeeping only on 3 of the 6 days of my stay. Definitely better properties in the vicinity, hence avoid whenever possible

We are HiltonHonors members and always look for Hilton first. The location and price was excellent here. But there were issues that made our stay less than exciting. Both elevators were out off and on all weekend - we had to use the service elevator. (they did comp us a breakfast for our inconvenience which was very nice and unexpected). Not once was I acknowledged as a Diamond member, especially upon check-in. We were not offered the Executive Lounge at all. And I when I brought it up, it was closed for the weekend. Gentleman at the front desk wore a mask, but only under his chin. Not sure what the point was of that. We had multiple rooms for the family. One of the rooms has a bunch of hair in the bathtub when we checked in - so couldn't use it for a bath. Not sure why it had not been cleaned.
服务很棒,房间空间也很大。
我入住了,还好,但我不得不比计划提前退房,因为离我参加会议的地方太远了,而且每天从那里到会议地点通勤不划算。不幸的是,携程说我没有入住的天数不会退款😮💨
