我本来想给一个非常棒的评价,但是在我为了拿回押金以及追讨那额外的10.03美元而经历的种种之后,我实在无法再给出好评了。这是一次突如其来的旅行,因为我哥哥去世了,而拿不回押金对我来说更是雪上加霜。
前台服务人员态度一般(个别人),也有态度很好的服务人员。
设施齐全,布局很棒,价格偏高 但是值得一去。
工作人员很友好,但大厅又冷又暗,隔壁房间说话的声音都能听见。我们遇到过有人打电话吵架,还有人整晚打呼噜。而且,在这么大的公共停车场停车还要收费,早上的咖啡和松饼也要收费。这对我们来说不是一次愉快的经历。
接待/入住非常热情。电梯需要维护。噪音水平不理想。餐饮选择非常有限,几乎没有。能吃到的也只能算一般。不得不丢弃盘子里的水果,因为尝起来像是涂了化学剂来“保鲜”。他们只能煮“普通咖啡”。房间还行,看起来很干净。床很结实。不知道以后还会不会再来。
一开始因为一些负面评论而犹豫不决,但考虑到价格以及附近(普莱森特希尔)餐饮/购物场所的便利性,最终还是决定预订。我一走进大堂,就看到干净整洁、气味清新宜人的客房。房间也没有让我失望,和图片一模一样。
