Handicapped room furniture was not really conducive for my wheelchair. The bed was way too soft for both my husband and myself. I ended up sleeping on the sofa with my feet on the ottoman. Plus the additional taxes came as a shock

酒店位置很好，离六旗乐园不远。早餐自助餐很棒，房间也还可以。床有点硬但还算实用。总的来说，一分钱一分货吧。
员工友善且专业。所有房间的客厅家具看起来都是二手货。我们搬了两次家。1号房间有烟味，2号房间的暖气坏了。停车费占房费的25%。
由于人手不足，毛巾不够用。室内泳池区域非常滑，而且没有泳池毛巾。房间温度不够，恒温器显示61华氏度（约16摄氏度），但感觉潮湿闷热。早餐座位不足，其中两个大型就餐区因为损坏而被绳子围了起来。停车费27美元。
所以，我们首先进入停车场，然后拿着停车票进入后院停车场，结果走错了。就在这时，我看了看停车票，上面写着“免费30分钟”，但路上却出现了一个大坑，我们不得不绕回另一个入口，那里也有一个检票口。
现在我意识到，出于某种原因，我们可能除了租车之外还要额外付停车费。
我好像从来没有在酒店付过停车费。酒店房间有房卡扫描器，但根本没用。
我告诉前台我也有租车，但他们只字未提。
早餐对我来说还不错——主要是煎蛋卷——我老婆觉得鸡蛋太难吃了。
除了停车费，我可没骗你——在我们入住的最后一晚，我非常渴，需要一瓶水，一路走到大堂，发现他们的瓶装水已经卖光了。
上床睡觉醒来更渴了——早上7点再去，还是没水喝。退房前还得付钱才能离开——
然后我们早上10点左右退房时，又回来拿了一张票，再次付款。
这流程太疯狂了，我当时根本没想太多。另外，如果票丢了，罚款是50美元，谢天谢地，我的票没丢。但说实话，这流程太蠢了，肯定被骗了。
更别提我拍了热水浴缸的照片，我们到的那天晚上，浴缸还是绿色的，而且一直都是绿色的。
酒店太棒了。不过需要提醒客房服务人员退房时间是中午12点，而不是上午11点。我把卡挂在门上，但他们敲了好几次门，差点就进了房间，我不得不大喊“我还没准备好”。
前台服务糟糕透了。我预订的房间已经无法入住，而且没有人提供任何解决方案。房间里的空调也很糟糕。我尝试联系前台，但无人接听。以后不会再住这家酒店了。
前台工作人员在办理入住手续时态度不专业，并且错误地告知了停车费用。
免费早餐不错，酒店位置便利，步行即可到达棒球场。
我预订的是两卧室房间，但到达后他们告诉我房间没空，给了我们一间一卧室房间。
