I went to a concert at the Coca Cola Roxy and this was the perfect place to stay. The rooms were super clean and there were even cute little hidden decorations for Halloween in the bathroom on the toilet paper roll and tissue box left by the cleaning crew. It was a fun little detail that made the hotel stand out even more. Highly recommend!

Great property and had a comfortable stay. Only complaint was we paid for a suite with a kitchen and the “kitchen” consisted of empty cupboards with a tiny sink, microwave and fridge. Definitely more of a kitchenette than a usable kitchen for our family.

This hotel is an excellent option if you would like to hang out around Truist Park. The prices are very reasonable and include breakfast and free parking. The rooms are very clean and modern. I will definitely look to book a room here again in the future.

一进门我就感觉这家酒店非常简陋。到了房间后，更是如此。朋友来接我时告诉我停车场里有流浪汉（我是坐优步来的）。我独自一人入住这家酒店，而且计划步行前往大部分目的地，这让我感到很不安，于是决定换酒店。抵达酒店不到15分钟，我就申请了取消预订并退款。我立刻换了酒店，但并没有收到任何退款。我可以理解他们不退还第一晚的房费（即使我只住了15-30分钟），但第二晚和第三晚的房费也不退，这让我很不满意。所以我才写这篇评论。希望我的评论能促使这家酒店为未来的旅客提供更好的服务。
我选择这家位于 Galleria 地区的 Hampton Inn and Suites 酒店，是因为它离 Truist 体育场、Battery Park 和 Cumberland 购物中心都很近，交通便利。
但是，当我们到达酒店时，他们却没有我们的预订信息。******* 方面出了差错，没有完成我们预订的酒店。

房间没有打扫，马桶旁和墙上都很脏。浴缸里、地板上和毛巾上都有短卷发。床边的墙纸很脏，灯罩也坏了。当我们说不能继续住这个房间时，前台工作人员只是表示理解，并没有提出换房或道歉。
我对这家酒店的客户服务赞不绝口。经过一天15小时的劳累奔波，前台的Cedric竭尽全力确保我住得舒适，并得到了周到的照顾。房间干净舒适，自助早餐也很棒，是我在提供免费早餐的酒店里见过最干净的。在这个优质客户服务越来越少见的时代，这里的员工真是出类拔萃。
