1. 入住期间，在门口悬挂请勿打扰的情况下，有清洁人员在不敲门，不按门铃的情况下直接刷卡进门。2. 入住后发现有之前住客的袜子还留在地上没有清理，非常恶心。3. 因为前两条，前台check out时表示会免收客房消费以示补偿，但在我离开后重新收取了这部分费用，虽然几十刀并不多，但这样的欺骗行为非常糟糕。可见酒店并非个别部门的问题，而是整体存在问题，建议不要入住。

我已经五年没去过那里了，但从那以后，那里的四位员工都认识我。
我以前住在那里，那时它还是巴克海特丽兹酒店，每年住六次。酒店很不错，但大堂和餐厅不如以前舒适了。不过，员工和服务还是一如既往的棒。
我们预订了一间单卧套房……沙发上有污渍，梳妆台把手缺失，抽屉也坏了。因为之前住的房间噪音很大（可能是水管或空调的声音），我们不得不换房间。酒店的公共区域不错，但房间设施略显陈旧。
还行，但不算太好
酒店有点老了。没有大型餐厅可供选择。我两次要求提供额外的浴袍和浴垫，但都没送来。房间里没有咖啡或茶饮设施……还行，但没什么特别之处……
总是很棒！
惠特利酒店竭尽全力确保宾客拥有非凡的体验。热情好客，热情周到。我们非常喜欢这次住宿，并且每年都会再次光临。
