Must say that this was a pleasant experience and we really enjoyed our stay. The room is new and modern with a large TV that was enjoyable to watch and the beds come with 4 pillows which is a big thing for me. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have seen and was very fresh and the hostess was very kind and helpful to me and my son. Check in was also friendly, quick and easy. Overall 5 stars to all !

Room and bed are comfortable and checkin was courteous/friendly. Room has microwave, mini fridge, coffee/tea, iron & board, hairdryer and amenities (shampoo, condtioner, body lotion). Big TV too which was a nice suprise! Overall the hotel is clean and no concerns.

There were hockey teams playing in the halls until 1:30 am and their parents partying in the halls until 2:30 am. No regard for other guests and management didn’t care.

Room needed some work. Sink tap leaks on counter and toilet fill valve needs to be tapped after flushing to make it work properly.

Room was clean. But shower shampoo dispenser was empty. Also an old Keurig pod was left in the machine.

The Rooms Were Clean, Staff was super friendly and made sure I had a good understanding at what time breakfast was at, where the ice machine was located. Etc so close to so many shops, restaurants and 401. And breakfast was delicious, I will definitely come back 😁

哇，这酒店真棒，完全不是那种普通的舒适客栈！大堂装修得很漂亮，有壁炉和电视，想出来透透气的话很不错。房间也很好，床很舒服，电视很大，浴室和淋浴间也都很精致。我带着狗狗入住的，酒店对四条腿的毛孩子也很友好，布局很合理。健身房也很完美，器械很新很齐全，同样装修得很用心。员工都超级友善，让我和我的狗狗在这里感觉像家一样。早餐很好吃，咖啡也很棒，而且24小时供应！我绝对会推荐这家酒店。
酒店很棒，自助早餐也很丰盛。抵达时，我们的房间已经全额预付，但前台询问我们是否想换到和同伴同一楼层。我欣然同意；当时并没有提到升级、费用变更或额外收费。第二天回家后，我的信用卡却被多扣了52.24美元。我至今仍未查明原因！真是岂有此理！！！
