Clean property in great state, comfortable beds. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good quality with good amount of standard breakfast choices.

I really enjoyed my stay. The suite was spacious, tidy, and well-equipped. The breakfast was consistently fresh with good choices (eggs, waffles, fruit, etc.), and the dining area was clean and comfortable. The front desk team was friendly and made check-in easy. The shuttle and proximity to the airport were a huge convenience. Overall, great value and a relaxing stay!

Very friendly staff is biggest plus. Price is too high. You can get better places to live from other sites.

Requested a first floor room when I booked, but ended up on the highest floor and was told there was nothing that could be done and nothing else available. What is the point of a request when the reservation is made if it cannot be honoured?

酒店回复: Dear Chris, we are so sorry we were not able to accommodate your request to be on the 1st floor. Unfortunately, all our rooms were occupied, and we did not have a first-floor room available. We do try and accommodate all requests, but sometimes we cannot. It is also very dependent on room type, and if we are sold out etc.
房间大并干净、早餐丰盛，整体CP 值高，服务人员态度亲切。
由于房间类型已满，未能满足全额住宿要求，因此他们要求我付费升级房间。顾客无法控制酒店的房间供应情况，而且他们没有尽力弥补，而是直接售罄了该房型。体验非常糟糕，尤其是在凌晨两点半，带着一个蹒跚学步的孩子和一个婴儿。通常我不喜欢留下差评，但这是我第二次在这家酒店遇到不愉快的经历。类似的事情是第一次发生。经理试图通过向我的账户提供奖励积分来弥补，但最终没有发生。
