The whole facility was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was better than expected. Parking was convenient and facility left safe and secure.

breakfast was warm dry
waffle maker didn't work very well
handicap room restroom fan didn't work very well. room was small for a wheelchair. Not much room for a roller bed , had to get joint room. I have stayed at much better Holiday Inn Express Suits ... shower head extra sprayer not much power.

There was constant constant noise and thumping , jumping probably by kids.. way past 2AM

We had a room with a jacuzzi tub and a bathroom with tub/shower combo. The jacuzzi tub was wonderful. The tub in the bathroom would not turn on at all. The faucet was broken. We made due with the jacuzzi, as we were there for just a night. A broken tub could be an issue for another traveler. We informed the front desk staff and they were very apologetic and thanked us for letting them know of the problem. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would suggest this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

The hotel was average for the price and quality of the breakfast food. The sound proofing between the rooms was terrible. We heard the people next door to us until after midnight and the sound of the people over us walking around began at 5:00 in the morning and woke us up.

I am not sure why they would not be on top of their breakfast in the morning, but they seemed to now be refilling the items fast enough. I finally gave up and went to my room. They also have a ridiculous coffee machine that takes way too long.

24 hour coffee? Nope! Breakfast? Nope they were out of everything and very slow to refill! Signs everywhere say 24 hour coffee but they don’t do it. Pay over $200 a night you expect better!
