Everything about the hotel is really good. Friendly efficient staff, really clean room and a full breakfast with a lot of healthy options, for which I thanked the breakfast room staff. It is close to wonderful shops, wall murals and one of the best live theatres on Vancouver Island.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast buffet had a variety of food for everyone in my family. Would stay here again

Super clean hotel with excellent staff and a decent breakfast every morning. Within walking distance of the great town of Chemainus that has plenty of shops and dining options.

This was a perfect spot for our family. We booked the suite which gave us enough room and ability to have some take-out meals in our room. Everything worked and it was clean. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
这次入住四天三夜，没有Housekeeping，但每天我们去前台要毛巾，服务态度挺好的!
房间空调设施不错！小厨房里咖啡机，各种杯子齐全。
自助早餐还算丰盛，干净，味道不错！
咖啡☕️24小时供应。
这次住宿对我来说很满意。工作人员友好又乐于助人。步行到镇上大部分餐馆都很方便。能使用两台洗衣机和两台烘干机来洗衣服也很不错。
这是一家干净舒适、服务周到的酒店。离市中心区域开车很近，或者步行15分钟也能到。早餐也很不错。
我们能够提前入住，这真是太棒了。早餐很热，而且我们到达时就已经准备好了，一切都很完美，非常适合我们这一晚的住宿。我们还会再来的。
