Very clean rooms . New carpet. Great housekeeping. I would recommend this location .. Budget friendly easy access close to hwy 45 and FM 1960.. several restaurants nearby Texas Roadhouse, Chick-fil-A Papa's Barbecue, Caine's Chicken, Subway and Kroger's all within 1/4 mile from Comfort Inn and Suites..

Room had a horrible smell, sheets were moldy and dirty. Chicken bones and trash on the floor. We left immediately
We were told that the manager would refund the next morning but when we went back in, they had no clue what we were talking about. deposit but basicall.
