The restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch offers limited options that are too expensive for the quality of food. This will deter me from using this hotel again, even though service, cleanliness, and location were fantastic.

Very clean. However, our tv did not work, we called the front desk and no one ever came to de what the issue was or to fix it.

Club floor offerings were modest.
Room was clean and service was excellent.

Room was great. Internet great. Food and shops within walking distance. Love the bar area and enjoy coming here every year.

Surprise hidden extra fees at hotel
I was charged $35/day for parking. Apparently your reservation no longer includes parking. Also had you two tiny water bottles at check in. I get my receipt and see a charge for $6 for those water bottles. Was not told there were fees for either of those items. I only noticed when I reviewed my bank account. We have stayed here multiple times but will no longer be doing so. Each time, our room has never been ready at 4 and now they want to charge extra to park in their parking lot even if you have a room. Getting too greedy so we will be using a different hotel going forward.

not bad. but…. paid wi-fi is the first time I see it. usually it's either free or you have to pay for an extra device. but in this hotel you have to pay for everything.

优点方面，酒店内外看起来都很不错，停车方便快捷，员工也非常热情友好。但也就仅此而已了。
酒店没有餐厅可以坐下来享用晚餐。客房服务是用纸袋装的，汉堡和沙拉则装在塑料盒里，配的也是塑料叉子。没有餐巾纸，我们只能用毛巾代替。
房间宽敞，看起来也还不错，但我们不得不与许多在墙壁和天花板上横冲直撞的小蟑螂共处。电视是一台很大的三星平板电视，自带Netflix，但前提是你必须是Netflix的订阅用户。这台电视几乎没法用，因为遥控器要按好几次才能操作，而且网络连接非常差，加载Netflix及其任何流媒体内容都要花一分钟甚至更久。
说到网络，房间里的Wi-Fi要收费12.99美元。最后，床垫非常软，睡起来很不舒服，导致我们俩早上醒来都腰酸背痛。我们不会再回来了。
