Room was great. Internet great. Food and shops within walking distance. Love the bar area and enjoy coming here every year.

Surprise hidden extra fees at hotel
I was charged $35/day for parking. Apparently your reservation no longer includes parking. Also had you two tiny water bottles at check in. I get my receipt and see a charge for $6 for those water bottles. Was not told there were fees for either of those items. I only noticed when I reviewed my bank account. We have stayed here multiple times but will no longer be doing so. Each time, our room has never been ready at 4 and now they want to charge extra to park in their parking lot even if you have a room. Getting too greedy so we will be using a different hotel going forward.

not bad. but…. paid wi-fi is the first time I see it. usually it's either free or you have to pay for an extra device. but in this hotel you have to pay for everything.

Overall a great stay, easy walk to Truist Park.
Checkout at 12 but busted up in our room at 11:20.

The Front Desk Check in staff was amazing. They were really busy with the Chris Brown concert along with other events in the area and they were handling people checking in like Season Pros. Thank you for having complimentary water at check in and surely after the walk from the Concert at Trust. I’ll be back!!
*Side note: Bathrooms needed more attention. Maybe it was from the Saturday night rush.. but we notice things quickly. I was able to grab a few more towels from housekeeping, and that’s always a plus.

Atlanta Hotel
The hotel was very nice, clean and convenient to the Truist Stadium and Battle park. Made it extremely easy for us to get around.
