1. Shower head broken 2. Shower door not staying closed (slides open automatically) and thus floor quite wet and slippery. 3. Bathroom light not working properly (had to use the desk lamp for light in the bathroom). 4. Grout in bathroom needs replacing and was very dirty where grout was damaged/broken. 5. Remote for aircon very dirty (needs a clean/wipe).

reception was clearly under the influence of alcohol, mixed up my booking with a colleges booking, to a point whereby she insisted we booked 1 room, apologizing afterwards, mentioning the owners medical history as an excuse as to why she has no control over bookings. no assistance with my luggage even tho i was booked up stairs with a very narrow and steep stairway. tripping hazard at the bottom, cought me once. the wooden floor boards, made me uncomfortable to move around freely as my college pointed out my footsteps can be heard downstairs. Aircon heater not working, it was very cold that evening, would i return? not at all...Sorry!

For anyone who finds themselves in Louis Trichardt and probably needs a place to stay or simply sleep, don't feel stranded or troubled, Purdy's place is at your service. I really liked and enjoyed my single night sleep over at this fabulous guesthouse.

Very nice place. And clean Lodene the owner very kind and Welcoming. I had to leave my children because my husband and I had to attend the funeral. We only returned 6 pm. However Lodene treated them so kindly and we found the children well and happy. And she didn't charge us for late check out. Wow Thank you Lodene. I recommend this place for anyone.

Thank you accomodating us in Louis Trichardt Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Good location too, we were moments away from anywhere that we needed to be.

Home away from home. Luxurious room. Great Location and just overall exceptional service. It felt as if I was the only guest that is just the way you are treated even thought they were fully booked. I took the option of breakfast and Dinner. What a great choice that was. Delicious food and the service absolutely fantastic. I will be back Purdy's. Staff friendly and helpful!
