Don’t understand billing. Appears that I was charged $120 at time of booking and charged $80 at checkout out. Room should not cost $200?????

Check in was flawless. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Staff was very courteous. There must have been a volleyball tournament in town as the hotel was full with volleyball teams. For breakfast we came down late and those volleyball players were hungry. When we informed the staff that more food was needed they were very quick in replenishing the breakfast food trays. This is an excellent hotel and staff!!!

One night stay. Room was clean, shower was good - hot water and good pressure, breakfast was good. Area felt safe.

The hotel is located close to the highway, so there’s a lot of noise, and it’s hard to sleep. Other than that, everything else was good
简单来说，我们7月19日再次预订了一间房，结果浴室坏了，我们只好下楼去找前台换房。之后他们很不配合，也不愿意退还我们8月2日的房费，因为经理说*******不退款。所以8月2日那天根本没人住这间房，我们又是外州来的，他们既不让我们改期也不退款。更糟糕的是，7月19日给我们的那间房，马桶也是坏的。我们住假日酒店已经超过五年了，这次他们居然什么都做不了，真是太让人震惊了。他们明明知道8月2日没人会来。我们试图解释，但经理根本不理我们。
从前台工作人员到早餐工作人员再到客房服务人员，客户服务都非常棒！绝对会再次入住！布莱恩·泰勒和布伦达的服务非常出色！！！
正是像他们这样的员工让顾客每次都光顾！！
这句话很有道理……善待员工，员工就会善待客户……我们只希望公司善待他们，因为正是像他们这样的员工让公司成功。
我不得不费尽周折才拿到两条额外的毯子——这家酒店根本不配称为HI Express。

房间非常干净，尤其是浴室，床很舒服，早餐令人满意，整体体验很棒。餐饮场所不远。这将是我在亚特兰大地区住宿期间的首选酒店。
