I specifically booked here because its part of the Hilton Brand. The amenities I booked were not even present or unhealthy to use. This hotel has NO HOT TUB and the pool was disgusting along with all of the bed bugs in our bed. My family was covered in bites, my husband has veen on antihisthamines since because if his reaction to the bites. I have plenty of pictures and video of our accomodations to verify all of it. Our rooms were not clean and garbage left behind, the bathrooms were not what I would expect in any Hilton. Our trip was destroyed because of this. What I booked was NOT what we got.

The hotel was in need of very needed renovation. The door, toilet, window curtains. Worst handicap room I've ever stayed in.the to waswas wwo.

The entrance was nice, but the rooms are in terrible need of updating. Our room was stale, bed sheets damp. The toilet was leaking and handle came off the shower. The door to bathroom would not close or latch properly. The breakfast was great.

While everything appeared clean, the garbage had not been emptied from.the prior guest. Which initially caught me off guard.

管理糟糕透顶，酒店破旧不堪，无人照管，护发产品用完了，根本无法洗头或做护发。浴室脏乱不堪，水槽干巴巴的，水龙头上明显有牙膏痕迹，如果有人打扫过，肯定不会注意到。台面上有肥皂泡沫流下来，马桶和浴缸也没清洗过，椅子上还有很旧的脏污渍，地毯脏得要命，沾满了溢出物，门口也破了，不得不一直穿着袜子。夜班服务员人很好，仅此而已。虽然这家酒店已经陷入困境，但我相信无论现在是谁管理，他们都不会采取任何措施！

我该从哪儿说起呢？这地方需要彻底翻新一下。或许把房子拆掉，重新装修一下，或许就能把里面爬来爬去的4英寸长的蟑螂都除掉。房间里的窗帘很脏，还有蟑螂。这地方实在不怎么样。工作人员很友好。这就是我能给出的全部好评了。
