很遗憾，我不得不以我入住酒店以来最奇葩的经历之一来开启这篇评论。我经常出差，走遍世界各地。作为希尔顿钻石会员，我从未在任何一家希尔顿酒店遇到过这种情况。我到达酒店时，前台经理正在为我们四个人办理入住。他没有逐一办理入住并给我们房卡，而是先帮我们办理了入住，然后让我们各自去楼层等他。就像赶牛一样，他大声喊着每个人的姓氏和楼层。我住在四楼，所以是最后一个。从我到达酒店到现在已经过了30分钟，我还没到房间。前台经理终于出现后，我问他这是酒店的规定还是安全措施，需要有人护送我们去房间，并在给我们房卡之前先打开房门。他说：“我们是从另一家酒店转过来的，必须先用总钥匙打开你的房间，你的房卡才能用……是的，这是安全措施。”我不到两周前才住过这家酒店，当时根本没有这种规定。那时我在前台拿到房卡后就去了房间。我把这件事告诉了前台经理，他却直接走开了。这次经历让我非常困惑，我以前从未遇到过这种情况。感觉就像他们不信任我，或者把我当小孩带进了他们的房间。时间快进到晚上11点半，我被隔壁房间震耳欲聋的音乐和电视声吵醒了。我第二天一早要赶飞机，就打电话到前台，问他们能不能联系一下隔壁房间。之前把我带到房间的那个人回答说：“他们是付费客人，而且现在还不算太晚。”现在是凌晨4点半，隔壁房间的人在洗澡的时候还在大声放音乐。我只好去了健身中心。酒店配备了一辆Peloton动感单车，这的确是个很棒的设施，但是经理一直没有激活这辆单车，所以它现在完全没法用，必须等他们激活后才能使用。总的来说，这是一家翻新过的经济型酒店，离亚特兰大机场国内航站楼很近，可以作为落脚之处。

预期的标准舒适度。大问题：在预订时，我们把日期弄错了，我们立即更正，我们通知酒店......并且“不可能取消”。我们将收取每晚住宿费 94 欧元。预订和酒店相互转移责任。然后就变得遥不可及。酒店或 Booking 很快就取消了预订住宿的可能性。巧合？感觉：我们被暴徒欺骗了，他们利用“一般销售条件”为顾客设置了陷阱。这些机场酒店，最好开几公里避开。预订也一样：探索其他可能性。

我们南部腹地之旅的最后一家酒店。位于机场附近，有点偏僻。内部看起来陈旧而荒凉。接待员有点僵硬而且经验还不够。原来我们的住宿费没有到账，所以我们只能自己付钱，然后自己联系旅行社。所有这一切都是由女孩的一位年长一些的同事以尖锐的方式传达的。正确但不太友好。房间还可以，还有一个漂亮的游泳池。酒店内设有免费停车场。第二天早上的早餐（从7点到9点）一团糟。空间非常狭窄，布局非常低效。烤面包机在开始时让每个人都在排队，一直在排队。早餐本身并不多。尽管人们还在等待，但一位看上去有些疲惫的老太太，显然无法处理事情，在九点钟的时候毅然关上了推拉门。如果还没轮到你，你就倒霉了。从未见过类似的东西。此外，所有东西（面包、酸奶、餐具）都很快而且不是由同一位女士补充的。简而言之，如果您不需要靠近机场，请跳过这家酒店。

The staff very friendly and professional Simple and elegant decor throughout like a boutique hotel. The rooms very comfortable. Recommend upgrading the bath tub to a walk in shower.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the International Airport in Atlanta, however its location also places it in the airport fly path resulting in lots of airplane noise (recommend ear plugs). The hotel is basic but was clean. Breakfast area was comfortable and served complimentary juice, yogurt, dry cereal, instant oats, oranges, bagels, boiled eggs, and muffins. Coffee (decaf and regular and hot water) is in the lobby beside the front desk. Onsite parking is available for a fee. The rooms are basic with no microwave, coffee pot or drinking glasses of any kind. There is an iron and ironing board and toiletries are in large refillable containers (shampoo, conditioner, body gel, lotion and hand soap). The in room refrigerator is the very small version with limited space and no freezer section. The bed was comfortable and wifi worked well. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Appreciated the water filter dispenser in the lobby. Enjoyed having coat hooks on the wall for our jackets. Aside from the airplane noise, the hotel itself was quiet. Very disappointed to have 1 ply toilet paper in the washroom. Check in was probably one of the slowest we have encountered in our travels over the years (we arrived around 7 pm so not peak check in time). In the morning I waited for close to 15 minutes for the empty yogurt dispenser to be refilled after I asked them to do so. One of the rooms we booked had an empty shampoo dispenser and the conditioner was on the bathroom vanity instead of inside the shower (highly inconvenient once you are in the shower).

I had a great experience. All the employees were very helpful and kind. The coffee was on point. It was a comfortable, clean, relaxing, and safe place to stay. It really helped me focus on business and get things done. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. I got a lot for what I paid for.
