I stayed here last night 9-16-25 and I couldn’t sleep due to the noises from the next rooms showers and toilets, I explained this to management Dee and she said she told the general manager Lora Little who didn’t take the time to call me so she can hear these loud noises I recorded staying in room# 215. Dee claimed no other guests complained about these noises I don’t believe that because it’s too loud not to hear it. I wish I could attach the noises to this review. Dee stated the GM Lora was on the property, but left, but why not call me before you left, that’s what a person with good customer service skills would have done. My check in was a long wait because they had a guy who only worked the front desk 5 times per Dee, I don’t know why he would be left alone at the front desk knowing he wasn’t trained to do so.

We would stay here again. The property was clean both inside and out. Pool was not as clean and clear as it could be. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and fully stocked. Beds were comfortable and pillows were of plenty. Great location for visiting Ft. Benning. Breakfast was hot and fresh every morning.

The hotel was nice, roomy, clean. Staff was friendly. The only disappointment was the pool was closed. We were in town for a family get together with plans to keep kids entertained at pool. We would not have booked here if we knew they were unable to use pool . This needs to be disclosed. Pools are open in middle of June in GA.

Our stay was for 5 nights. First of all, staff was very friendly. Because this was a longer stay for us, I felt more care should have been taken to be sure our room was in tip-top shape. There was mold in the bathroom, cabinets were dirty, pots and pans were dirty, and while I did ask about extra bedding for the couch after 5 pm, we didn’t receive it till the next day. The pull out couch did not have any bedding. We did reserve the room for 3 adults. My biggest hang up was that the pool was closed on the day we arrived. When I asked about it, the host said it wouldn’t be open for our stay. I was very irritated. This should have been mentioned on the website. Thankfully, the next day, a text was sent to us after we checked in to ask if there was anything I needed. I mentioned again about the pool and it was stated that it would be open by 6pm. It was, but then closed again the next morning till about 1 pm.

The room was very accommodating for a family of 4. It was quiet, safe, and the breakfast bar was very convenient. The toiletries were also "top notch". The staff was very friendly and accommodating, as well.
