We booked in very late-midnight- and while booking were told the hotel was full, therefore didn't complain about any of this. What would be the point when we wouldn't be able to change rooms. The airconditioner worked haphazzardly if at all...room was very hot and the windows don't open. The second problem was a bar sticking out of the bed that my husband hit his ankle on in the dark..twice! In the morning there was only one package of coffee and when the coffee whitener was added,it curdled! Also,the stairs were extremely dirty. All this,and the price...so high for what you get. Oh,all the lights in the room didnt work either. Never again.

This hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever stepped foot in. Upon arrival, we discovered that our room & bedding was dirty. I was offered new sheets, no blankets or pillow cases though. There was no housekeeping available to come to our room, none even at the hotel apparently. There was hair stuck to the walls in the bathroom. Black mould on the ceiling. It was difficult to breathe from the poor air quality. The carpet was filthy, my sneaker actually stuck to the floor! We ended up packing up our things & checking out of the hotel. I demanded a refund on site, and was given one after the front desk attendant rolled his eyes at me. There was dogs within the hotel barking, and it was evident that there was people smoking within the hotel, though they state that they are 100% smoke free facility. On top of the lack of cleanliness, we had an unsettling feeling about the safety within the hotel. Beware!

Good location, Clean room, and the Breakfast was simple but convenient. It was a good price and had solid value.. We stayed there a few years ago and noticed some basic upgrades. We considered that the air conditioner was effective and quiet when compared to other hotels.

stayed for two days. Upon checked in, found dirty duvet with fresh food stains, the second day morning, cock roaches climbed on bed flat sheet, Asked them to change bedding, but did not replace flat sheet, They took the used towels away but did not replace new ones. The soap holder in the bathroom was cleaned and remained dirty, The hotel needs significant improvement.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had. Room was dirty and smelly. Lots of patrons were clearly living at the hotel, treating it like their own living room - smoking, large dogs allowed to relieve themselves everywhere, leaving boots in the hallways. Housekeeping did not address our (many) concerns about the cleanliness of our room. No apology or redress was offered. All this for over $200/night. Avoid this place like the plague.

Great location, but bad room. No closet, terrible lighting (could barely see myself in the mirror in the bathroom), tiny bathroom with not even enough counter space to put down a toothbrush. Weird carpeted platform in the corner. Housekeeping didn’t serve my room at all. Bed looked and felt like it was 30 years old. Constant supply of random guys hanging around the entrance smoking. From the sign out front, it looks like it will be torn down soon, and frankly - good riddance.

Everything was excellent. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, there was a variety of fruits, yogurt and even make your own waffles. I will definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.
