The staff is wonderful however the room is not what is shown in photos. The carpet is orange, stained and dirty and the room is overall outdated. We were also placed in a room right next to their construction zone as the hotel is under renovation

The staff were kind and attentive, other than that, there is much to be desired. For the $ per night, this place did not live up to the standards. It was extremely run down, very little was available in the "shop", there is no water set out for anyone.

Under construction. No gym, I bought breakfast with my stay and one day we didn’t get the breakfast and they didn’t want to reimburse me. Never told us what time the Bristol closes so couldn’t get anything on the grill.

While the front desk service was exceptional, the cleaning crew was quite loud even after they knew I was in the room next door. There were 2 workers and they laughed at each other down the hall and the girl cleaning the room next door kept banging the door. Very rude.

The carpet smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, the bathroom door handle was broken so you couldn’t close the door to lock it, the lamp on the left side of the bed doesn’t work, and the shower curtain is torn so it needs to be replaced. Very disappointed and that’s surprising because I’ve always liked any Marriott property

很棒的客户服务。酒店有点老旧，走廊的地毯需要更换。泳池仍然关闭。洗衣机坏了，酒店正在等待零件。除此之外，价格合理，客户服务也很棒。
