The elevator didn’t work, breakfast were just sandwiches and fruits, our TV’s and A/C didn’t work properly. The staff were very nice and friendly.

Front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and pleasant. They were terrific. The early morning shift and the person who stared their shift somewhere around 8:30 or 9:00 on Saturday morning were exceptional.

I stayed here for two nights from Miami. I booked here because it looked nice. I had a great stay but I did have a few problems with the door not locking properly and also the bathroom had stains around the toilet like it wasn’t cleaned properly. Sometimes staff was not even available at the lobby to take care of you. The carts where you put your luggage was nowhere to be found either. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. The tvs would turn the volume to 100 every time you would change the channel so we had neighbors complaining about the noise. They had free breakfast and variety of options. Great stay if you’re only staying for one night. I liked the location which was close to a few clubs, the mall and a couple restaurants.

Overall the property was good. It seemed to be an older property but still fair. Not a complaint just an observation, there appeared to be some updates in the property but other updates are necessary. The exterior could use touching up as we were a little concerned once we got out of our car but again overall not bad
It was not a bad stay. I came to attend a concert and the Columbus Civic Center was less than 15 minutes away. Staff was very nice. I would stay again if I’m in the area

这个地方不符合万豪标准。需要进行大规模翻新。地毯磨损，墙壁损坏。我们入住的第一个房间很脏，浴缸水龙头滴水，地毯上有一只虫子爬来爬去。我们换了另一个房间。

酒店非常干净，远离交通的喧嚣，但购物和餐饮场所却非常便利。停车位虽然足够，但由于周末要举办活动，停车有点困难。工作人员专业且彬彬有礼。
