Everyone and everything from the club perks down to clean room and everything in between. A very special mention regarding the club breakfast crew. The lady was a fabulous host and you could tell she truly loved her job and the guests she welcomed everyday. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Poor customer service, property in decline- musty smelling lobby, cobwebs everywhere. Would not recommend at all. Not typical of Marriott .

We stayed here for 2 nights as a last minute get away and this was our first time. We absolutely loved it! We stayed in a club level room and it was definitely worth it. The staff here is absolutely precious. The bellman was so helpful. Our servers, the club host, and the check in staff were top notch and so warm! We will definitely be back!

Rooms were so clean! Staff was EXCELLENT and the nicest people ever!! Beds were so comfortable. Lots of Parking. Pool was amazing!! Clean towels and lots of chairs. M Club for breakfast was amazing and the employee running that kept it so clean and fresh!! She was super sweet!! Loved it all around!! Would most definitely stay again if I’m in the area!!!

There was an issue with our door locking properly. The locking mechanism was getting stuck causing issues with closing the door.
The bathroom door handle was loose making it hard to close it.

Broken Ice Machine
The stay was okay. The room was small and there was some rust buildup on the top of the door to the bathroom. The air was not cold and the ice machine was not working on the 3rd Floor. When we spoke to the staff about the ice, he (Otis) was rude to my partner. There was a lot of back and forth about the room number- all over some ice. It was very inconvenient. She asked could he bring us some ice to the room, and he replied, “NO”! He told her to go to the 2nd Floor, and she explained to him that she was disabled. I had to wake up to handle the issue. I was on my way downstairs, when I met Otis with the ice. It could’ve been handled differently with more customer friendly service.

The are rooms are nice and updated. Staff is friendly depending on circumstances. But trouble with getting hot water early in the morning like 6am. Took cold shower. Called the front desk to ask what the problem was and no one picked up. When we went down they did not even pick up their heads to acknowledge us. The ice machine did not work on our floor. Also any food has to be gotten from attached Hollihans restaurant with very high prices. No free breakfast or coffee. The is one of the higher priced hotels in the area. Expected a better experience for the price. Will not stay again and could not recommend.
