This is the 2nd year I stayed at this hotel and it’s still has its cleanliness and friendly staff as the previous. I look forward to booking my stay next year.

I didn't eat breakfast, im not a morning person. I came for peace and downtime from working so hard as a nurse. And the hotel did a great job helping me with my mini staycation. Thank you so much!!

Room was not clean at check in. I had to get cleaning supplies from the desk to clean the room.

Don’t Patronize This Hotel
Up until the toilet not working properly, our visit was great. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, except for no waffles or cooked grits.
The staff provided poor customer services when I reported the toilet no longer working. I was advised no Plumber on site. I could either change rooms or check out. Since it was at night, I decided to see if a plumber would be available the next morning. Upon calling for assistance next morning, there still no plumber available. I requested to change rooms. I was too that no rooms available, sold out. A young guy was sent to the room to try and fix the chain in toilet tank with no success. The manager at the front desk requested I give them an hour to see if she could get it fixed. After an hour, the toilet was not fixed after a second attempt to fix it.
Since no room to move to was available, I requested a refund for the night before and the day of. All that was offered was 3000 points. This was not going to help me since I was going to have to book a room at another hotel. The staff was very rude and actually alluded that I had broken the toilet, because it was working when I arrived. This sounded foolish. I am 72 years old and I don’t go around breaking toilets. I have 3 toilets in my home and due to wear and tear, the insides of a toilet tank do break. Having to put my hand into the toilet every time I used it to flush it was quite disgusting. The gentleman at the desk told the clerk to call the police.

Hotel was very clean and staff were kind, helpful and wore a smile. Our room was freezing and turned air off, heat on and still cold air. Made it very uncomfortable for my 86 year old mom. The chair in sitting area was ripped and cotton/foam coming out.
