Th room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were what I would expect from a hot breakfast option and served us well. We would stay here again.

Room was cleaned one time on a Thursday. Check in was on a Tuesday (every other day did not apply to my room. Second time cleaned I had to put in a request which did not happen so I had to track down house keeping myself so room could be cleaned). First room cleaning no fresh towels were left. I had to call later in the evening and was told to come get the towels myself. No tissues left and drain in shower tub did not drain properly and backed up nasty water in the tub while showering (I had an infected toe and now concerned about the affect of the dirty backed ip water. Request at front desk ignored on a Wednesday. Second request on a Saturday put in and maintenance responded saying drain had an issue draining properly. Chain on dark shade in bedroom broken and had to be repaired (it was). Slept with bright lights outside window from Tuesday until Saturday. Also, room door did not close properly and had to be repaired. Overall, felt Tamara, Janet and Nyeema were very proessional. However, other service received was not welcoming.

还挺好 就是前台找不到 打电话不接 非常麻烦 电话打了多少次也没人接 有点无语而已
第一晚睡觉的时候,感觉有什么东西在咬我,醒来一看竟然是臭虫,抓住了一只。开灯一看,墙上也有好几只,于是拍了照片和视频。去前台投诉,他们只是给我换了个房间。第二天早上见到经理,他一句道歉的话都没有,只问我是不是要退房,所以我向县卫生部门投诉了。县卫生局的人联系我说今天会进行检查,我正在等待明天的结果。
本来道个歉就能解决的事情,结果却变成了这样。
这些员工太糟糕了。
设施也太差了。
这真的是我住过最最糟糕的酒店。
去德卢斯旅行,住了一晚位置很好的酒店。住宿设施和地理位置都无可挑剔,但制冰机不能用,而且员工的客户服务态度让我有点小失望。除此之外,其他方面都挺好的。
非常差的服务,没有热水,下水道无人修理,而且还在已确认是服务犬的情况下,又擅自从账户里扣除宠物费用,如果不查账户根本发现不了
我一直很喜欢这家酒店。早餐很棒,总是很干净,床也非常舒服。带厨房的套房很棒,非常宽敞舒适。我一直都会推荐这家酒店。
