Everything was decent, it just seemed outdated and not worth the price. There were no streaming options on the tv and when we tried to use our own streaming system, there was no way to change the input. I mean, it’s 2025 and we had to watch commercials. We could have stayed other places for cheaper with the same level of quality. We’ve stayed at other Hilton Garden Inns and this just doesn’t hit the mark.

Very comfy bed!
Located very close to our venue, breakfast was extra, so we passed on that. Bed was super comfy and the room was pretty quiet. The toilet leaked.

房间很干净,这方面没问题。但是我们住了两晚,客房服务人员都没有过来询问我们是否需要什么。我们不得不自己去找他们要咖啡。
我们去看了看游泳池和热水浴缸,但因为水太浑浊,根本看不到池底,所以决定不下去了。
早餐区位于大堂,大堂下午5点后也兼作酒吧和餐厅。第一天我们吃早餐的时候,食物是冷的。我试图告诉工作人员烤面包机坏了,加热元件没开,她把烤面包机放回原位,用手捂住说“加热”。我重复了一遍,是的,但是烤面包机没开,加热元件没开。她把烤面包机拿开就走开了,哈哈。
而且,除非你是银卡会员,否则无线网络流量有限。另外,除非你是会员,否则在房间里买一瓶水要3美元。
第一,一进大堂就能闻到一股陈年油烧焦的味道。也许是厨房散发出来的,但实在令人难以忍受。第二,服务人员的态度很差。我在房间里有个小会议,就跟前台说能不能借一把椅子过来。他们根本没想帮忙,只是说不行,不能从大堂搬椅子到房间,也不能从空房间里搬,甚至连折叠椅都不行。他们一点儿也不帮忙,而且房间的卫生状况也很糟糕。我想我以后都不会再来希尔顿花园酒店了。
我百分百推荐这家酒店。它很干净,感觉很安全。工作人员非常友好。床垫感觉有点破旧,但不算特别糟糕,但也不太舒服。总的来说,这家酒店满分10分。我一定会再次入住。
房间很脏。座位不足(只有一把扶手椅和一把办公椅)。床上的枕头皱巴巴的。扶手椅上有污渍和食物碎屑。电话粘糊糊的。浴室地板上有头发和磨损痕迹。墙上有多处大面积擦痕,门上有一道又深又大的刮痕。我要求换一间房,结果被安排到了一个看起来像以前是俱乐部楼层的地方。房间状况差不多,但至少看起来打扫过。这家酒店原本要75美元,但他们把大堂装修一新,却决定把价格翻倍。
以后绝对不会再来了。
停车位充足。早餐很糟糕,因为选择有限,食物也只能算是一般。房间舒适安静。浴室需要翻新。
