Always clean, comfortable and a great location for a stay. However, for the 3rd stay in 2 months, the gym equipment has been marked out of order. Will this be fixed soon?

Breakfast was very good and clean sitting area. Rooms were very clean and so nice to stay in. We will be back. The parking was well lit and secure.

Our stay was great! The hotel was clean, quiet & in a great location. Our room had a strange smell (musty/locker room scent) that our family and friends also noticed in their rooms as well but otherwise everything was wonderful.

Overpriced and Poorly Maintained
Stayed at the Hampton Inn Gainesville, Georgia from Sunday, Oct 5 to Tuesday, Oct 7. The hotel felt very overpriced for its overall look and condition. The dining area was not very clean, the high-top dining table had visible stains and looked old, giving the impression it wasn’t properly cleaned. The elevator also felt stuffy and poorly ventilated. Overall, not the level of quality or cleanliness I expected for the price.

Our experience here was okay. The staff is kind and were amazing. No problem there. What we didn’t like was the foul smell around the property anytime you stepped out of the hotel & the sunken in mattress. This made the experience here unpleasant. Other than these two things, we had a nice time here. Is closeby to here and pet friendly which is what we were looking for.
