What a horrible experience you will have if you’re gullible enough to book this run down Holiday Inn Express. The place is filthy! Bedding is so worn you can see through it … except where it’s stained. Mattress is decades old, front desk staff literally clueless, mold on the walls and ceilings and you will itch after 5 minutes … put 2-and-2 together. This place is disgusting!!!!

How is it freezing outside but unbearably hot in the lobby? Right off the bat you’ll be uncomfortable! And once the clueless person at the desk gets you to a room, it gets worse. FILTHY! OLD! OUTDATED! Book a room … you’ll even feel sorry for the roaches, because at least you can check out!

We had a fantastic stay at the Aspen Grand Hotel with our family. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Special shoutout to Kee at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and made our check-in smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing family getaway!

This place is way beyond filthy horrible odor beds sheets were dirty rooms were hot and humid stains on everything changed room 3x and still wasn't resolved had to finally just check out. The hallways was extremely warm never seen housekeeping at all but they made time to rummish through your belongings if you looking for a real Holiday inn this not the place.

Frontdesk Akhil was good, My wife and I attended a wedding in la Porte and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. Our room was large with a king bed, large flat screen tv, coffee maker and wifi. Free coffee and tea is available all day in the lobby and each morning a delicious breakfast buffet is included in the room rate. Staff is friendly and helpful. On site free parking is provided and the hotel has a gym and heated indoor pool. The Holiday Inn is a good choice when in la Porte.

Rick at the front desk is helpful hood and hotel is nice neat with pool and gym the rooms are spacious cozy and its isreally quiet the best place to stay and they have breakfast options as well so everything is good . The front desk people are nice and welcoming

服务很好，房间很干净，拆装的很好，泳池一直很干净，走廊也很干净，如果我必须回去我会推荐来这个地方度假，那就太好了。
这家酒店真的需要更新。淋浴喷头看起来好像已经用了 20 年了，地毯也差不多坏了。房间的日常清洁缺乏对细节的关注——床单不完全干净，角落有污垢等等。不值得在房间上花 170 美元。经理非常粗鲁，不会听取诚实的反馈。不惜一切代价避免这家酒店！
