Staff very friendly and professional. Love having light bites and bar available. Have stayed many times on wat to FL. Especially bathroom getting worn. There was hair on the floor. Tv in lobby not working.

We left after 10 minutes of checking in bc the mold smell and mold in the bathrooms. We drove 3 hours back to Savannah. We had headaches within 5 minutes of walking into the room. I didn't tell the front desk bc staying there at all wasn't an option. The lady at the front desk was so sweet and amazing when we checked in. We just couldn't stay in the room over night.

Overall the staff were very friendly and great customer service skills. Unfortunately, my negative issue was during check in. I paid for a room with a king size bed and was given a room with 2 Queen size beds . As per staff, I was told if I booked the room through a third party I have to take was is available. That is totally unacceptable and I respectfully request a refund difference because I paid for a room I didn’t receive

The bathroom had a sewage smell which occurred during the night. No water was evident but the smell was there.

Nice place. Very happy with the facilities and location. It was definitely an upgrade over many other areas, so was worth a few extra bucks. Beatrice at the front desk was especially accommodating and made sure our visit was great.
