The staff is awesome - really good people and super friendly. The property is tired and Macon is a basket case of poor policy and rampant homelessness and debased people. Homeless people welcomed themselves into the lobby and there is poor security

Humid Room...needs a dehumidifier
The hotel was clean, the staff were very helpful and responsive to any needs. The room was humid even with the AC on continuously. The humidity even caused the sheets to feel damp.

The property was in an ideal spot. The riom was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the temperature was very uncomfortable throughout the facility. The air was so cold many people in our party got sick...

Close to awesome
A few maintenance items needed - faucet was loose, headboard missing a light, shower gel and shampoo not attached to wall as normal.

Just ok
Room was ok, the back of the bathroom door had damage at the bottom, which was odd it had not been replaced. Staff in the breakfast area were the best!!
Breakfast was overpriced.

第二天早上我们还得花钱吃早餐。15.99美元的早餐，通常这种酒店都是包含在房费里的。
我们本来只订了一晚，因为我孙子参加摔跤比赛，不确定是否需要住两晚。我真希望当时通过Trip.com把第二晚也订了，但我没有，因为我们就在会议中心旁边，我就直接走回去问能不能续订同一间房。结果续订一晚的价格几乎是第一晚的两倍，而且早餐还得另外付钱。
