I requested a room on first or second floor. No rooms available on first so i requested a room closest to the stairwell as i travel with a pet that will not ride the elevator. I was put in 216 which was no where near the stairs. I was booked for 4 days and the hotel was empty 2 of those days. Alao the fridge in the room would not get cold. Spoiled my meat & yogurt that i had in the fridge. Left a day early because of the room situation that i had already paid for.

Unable to check in for 1.5 hours after check in time due to room not being ready. In turn made us late for our planned event in town. Staff was not prepared to handle the situation.

When I tried to check in, I had one kind of rude lady And one very nice lady. Hotel clean. You can hear everything from the hall in your room. The front desk gave someone keys to a room that already had people checked into it. However the breakfast is very good. And the women that work breakfast are the nicest people ever. They really took good care of us. The pool was nice, but the work out room was dingy and did not have dumbbells.

This was a fairly good stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. The property was clean. The room was in good condition. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was above average or this level of establishment. There is really nothing to complain about. I would not have a problem staying here again.

Limited staff engagement. Vehicles broken into in parking lot during visit.

Rooms were as advertised but dated and a little worn.

For the price I expected better.

The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioner was cool. The Hampton staff was friendly and helpful. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

Fair stay, clean room, great breakfast

Check in clerk was very rude, and did not recognize my honors membership however, the check in clerk who was working later was abundantly friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Stay was quiet. Breakfast was excellent!
