Staff was helpful and the hotel as a whole was fine. The "Bistro" prices felt like I was being punished for choosing to eat at the hotel. This is also fine, I guess, as it is likely built for business travelers using expense accounts but if you just wiped out that whole section and replaced it with a well-tended coffee bar that cost $0 instead of $6 a cup I feel like it might even save you money. Also the shower curtains have to be like 2" longer (or mounted 2" lower) as it was a coin flip to see if they'd flop out and soak the floor during a shower. Some have magnets. Has anyone from Marriott been to the closest 4 hotels? Like to compare them? Have they been to the eateries just on Delk? I think they would be upset and a little ashamed if they just did apples-to-apple in that tiny area of Marietta. I don't regret staying here and I don't need any compensation just offering what I have been asked for.

Everything was clean. I would have liked a refrigerator and microwave in the room I would have liked to have free coffee available.

Room was very clean, and quiet. Bed was ver comfortable, hot water and great water pressure. Friendly staff and the Starbucks, awesome. Great place to stay!

Less than satisfied. I had to change rooms. The first room smelled of smoke and strong chemicals. The next Tom had a dirty mattress and the rugs throughout the property need replacing. Breakfast items were expensive. Customer service was good.

Clean, friendly, nice setting. But, we got the one bedroom suite and it could use some updating. The couch was worn and extremely uncomfortable ( I think pillows were missing? The coffee table was rickety and the lampshades so old they were cracked on the inside. The beds were very firm if you like that. I didn’t. No one slept well. We did appreciate the space of the room except the Bathroom very small . Then you go to the lobby and it looks great. The courtyard looked lovely. Update that room and it will feel consistent with the rest of this nice hotel.

While the staff was friendly and the entrance to the hotel is nice enough— this hotel is in serious need of a renovation. The rooms and bathrooms are on brand for like a one or two star “motel”

The staff was warm and friendly and took care of everything at my request. They were always willing to help to make my stay more comfortable. My room was kept up well. Very clean and was filled with everything I needed. I was disappointed with the lack of "free coffee" and some donuts, bagels or some form of a breakfast to get me started for a good day. Yes, you had some items of which I was Required to Buy at a high price. Your guest should not have to buy the most expensive type of coffee "starbucks". The employees were understandable and did their best to make the transition as easy as possible.
