Very clean room and friendly staff. No complaints. We had our three children, so definitely suitable for small children and the indoor pool was cool for them.

I was extremely disappointed with my room. While it was relatively clean, it had old tatered furniture and was in the middle of a construction renovation and/or update with no notice. So, we woke up to drills and sanders. I came back later for a nap, in the afternoon, but it was interrupted by workmen banging all day till 6pm. This was a saturday! It would have been nice to know in advance. No signage anywhere like please excuse the mess, we are updating... thought that waa required.On our last morning, we were introduced to what looked like a roach crawling on the desk trying to hide under my hat. It scurried off back into the old panel walls. Construction does that in older buildings....I maybe one review, and one voice but I won't be back..yuck.

My stay at this hotel was excellent! The staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

比较老旧的美式装修，主要是床尾正对着窗户，打开门就看到床头，床头板有一部分没有依靠，让人很没有安全感，本来应该放床的位置放着一张沙发，让人感觉主次不分，总之不会再定这样的房间。房间里没有纯净水，卫生间灯光很昏暗。
早餐不免费。他们把免费早餐筛选下来了。然后你入住的时候他们说是额外收费的。我跟*******说了，结果又浪费了30分钟，他们却敷衍我，说这取决于你选的房间。这根本不是事实，没关系。这纯粹是误导性广告，目的就是为了吸引你入住酒店。而且*******也没有打算修复这个列表。2号淋浴门关不上。没有微波炉。
不能用现金买小件物品，因为他们显然不信任员工？
床硬得像石头，枕头也很糟糕。空调坏了。电梯也不稳定。我们付钱的早餐乱七八糟。4名员工都不知道是什么，等等。我们成立了一个委员会，以确保我们得到的东西没有超过我们付的钱。
舒适干净
服务很好，酒店干净舒适。没有欧陆式早餐。我们入住时，有一家小酒馆没有营业。酒店位置很好，附近设施齐全。不过办理入住时电脑出了点问题。我们不得不配了第二把钥匙。因为第一把钥匙在我们离开酒店后坏了，回来后门也打不开。总的来说，这是一个不错的住宿地点。

我们很失望，小酒吧区几乎没有任何食物可供选择。去年也发生过这种情况，但我们以为这只是一次性问题。显然，并非如此。我们没能买到普通咖啡；房间只提供一包，因为我们两个人，所以没有两包。低咖啡因的咖啡很多。淋浴的水温不高，不太热。工作人员很棒，尽力满足我们的要求。但考虑到价格，还是很令人失望。
