I stay in hotels a lot for work. This hotel really surprised me. It was one of THE NICEST hotels I have stayed in a while, regardless of star rating. The rooms weren't brand new or recently renovated, but something about them was high quality and very well cared for. I was really impressed with this particular hotel/location. Also, the inviting lobby set up w/many different areas to sit and visit was laid out very well and comfortably.

The staff was friendly and cooperative but there was an issue with the door locking. It would have been nice to have a mirror in the room as well as the bathroom. Staff should have let us know that they only clean the room every other day when we were checking in.

Very helpful staff - especially with printing an urgent business document.
比较老旧的美式装修,主要是床尾正对着窗户,打开门就看到床头,床头板有一部分没有依靠,让人很没有安全感,本来应该放床的位置放着一张沙发,让人感觉主次不分,总之不会再定这样的房间。房间里没有纯净水,卫生间灯光很昏暗。
早餐不免费。他们把免费早餐筛选下来了。然后你入住的时候他们说是额外收费的。我跟*******说了,结果又浪费了30分钟,他们却敷衍我,说这取决于你选的房间。这根本不是事实,没关系。这纯粹是误导性广告,目的就是为了吸引你入住酒店。而且*******也没有打算修复这个列表。2号淋浴门关不上。没有微波炉。
不能用现金买小件物品,因为他们显然不信任员工?
床硬得像石头,枕头也很糟糕。空调坏了。电梯也不稳定。我们付钱的早餐乱七八糟。4名员工都不知道是什么,等等。我们成立了一个委员会,以确保我们得到的东西没有超过我们付的钱。
舒适干净
服务很好,酒店干净舒适。没有欧陆式早餐。我们入住时,有一家小酒馆没有营业。酒店位置很好,附近设施齐全。不过办理入住时电脑出了点问题。我们不得不配了第二把钥匙。因为第一把钥匙在我们离开酒店后坏了,回来后门也打不开。总的来说,这是一个不错的住宿地点。
令人失望的住宿体验
我们很失望,小酒吧区几乎没有任何食物可供选择。去年也发生过这种情况,但我们以为这只是一次性问题。显然,并非如此。我们没能买到普通咖啡;房间只提供一包,因为我们两个人,所以没有两包。低咖啡因的咖啡很多。淋浴的水温不高,不太热。工作人员很棒,尽力满足我们的要求。但考虑到价格,还是很令人失望。
