We had construction, the power company, and comcast all in the area working on the issues in town. It did affect us along with the town. We apologize for any inconvenience mother nature has caused, it was out of our hands, but we did our best to rush the repair process. We were in a sold-out position due to the storm in the area. As far as the bathroom room sliding doors, we will pass on the feedback to our owners. The decor was an executive decision. Again, we appreciate your feedback. Thank you.

住了两晚。入住期间没有更换床单和毛巾。我被告知他们每隔一天才更换一次……而且房间里有告示牌告诉我这一点。如果我事先知道,我会另找一家酒店住。我比公告的入住时间提前了90分钟到达,也就是下午3点,结果不得不等到3点整。楼层客房服务员告诉我,我的房间已经准备好一个多小时了。
