It was economy accommodations, not to be compared to or confused with 5 star facilities.It was quiet when it needed to be quiet. It could use an overall "refresh". Carpets have far too many "miles" on them. Walls had several dings in them. Mattress and box spring could use replacing. They were kind enough to accommodate my request for a late departure at no additional cost.

Initially the staff could not find my reservation. The place was not clean, had holes in the walls and many of the wall hangings were missing or stolen. After one night, our digital keys stopped working.

抵达后，我办理了入住手续，走进房间却发现我的钥匙不能用。我回到前台想再拿一把钥匙，结果还是不行。他们最后不得不用万能钥匙才让我进房间，并告诉我会派人来解决这个问题，这样我才能拿到钥匙。结果我根本没拿到钥匙。在房间里等钥匙的时候，我环顾四周，发现房间脏得要命。床看起来没洗过，枕头放在床中间，床单皱巴巴的，也散落着。地板和窗帘上满是令人作呕的污渍。我看了看浴室，除了几条摊开的手巾和一条凌乱地放在台面上的面巾外，没有其他毛巾。洗发水横放在一边，卫生纸卷也几乎用完了，也没有卷起来。房间看起来一点都没打扫过。
由于我没有钥匙，所以无法离开房间，也无法再进去，这还不够糟糕，现在我被困在一个显然在客人入住期间没有得到妥善清洁的房间里。
