挺好的,比机场旁边另外一家hampton好。价格差不多,但房间大,而且大厅漂亮很多,设施也新很多。感觉整体更新。

谁能想到汉普顿酒店竟然可以如此时尚?
我太喜欢这家汉普顿酒店的翻新了。既现代又时尚。大堂里播放的80年代音乐也让我爱不释手。酒店房间宽敞舒适,包括浴室。工作人员非常友好。地理位置也很棒,适合拜访朋友。
我们在这里的时间不多,但工作人员让我们的住宿体验格外美好。尽管我们凌晨两点才到,前台还是热情地接待了我们。第二天早上,我们离开时,打扫房间的女士发现我女儿的毛绒玩具躺在床上,于是下楼到停车场找我们。服务无微不至,让我们省了不少心!
酒店设施还行,但房间里闻起来不太新鲜。没什么特别的味道,就是一股霉味。房间里还有断断续续的噪音,我一开始以为是楼上浴室的声音,后来才发现房间里的声音更大。我用的是白噪音机,而且只住了一晚,所以这两点都不值得抱怨,但综合起来,我的评分也就一般。
我说不出太多负面评价。你们让我预订房间,结果我凌晨两点到酒店,却被告知没有房间了。******* 根本没帮我们找其他房间。“帮我”“垫付”了另一个房间,结果只给了我一笔可怜的钱,我不得不自己去找。而且还要为这段糟糕的经历付钱。******* 真是太糟糕了。
前台工作人员对客户服务完全不感兴趣。早餐最多也就是温热的。咖啡也只是温热的。我知道早餐包含在住宿费里,但把这些简单的事情做好也挺有面子的。从这次入住来看,就这个价格来说,你可以做得更好。
物超所值,室内装潢和房间都很漂亮。泳池很棒。靠近布莱尔溪购物中心,那里有很多购物和美食。如果您想游览达勒姆和罗利,这里地理位置绝佳。

长途飞行后,我们比入住时间提前了45分钟到达。作为希尔顿荣誉会员,即使还有空房,我们也被禁止入住。那个人想收我们25美元的提前入住费。我们住过的其他希尔顿酒店,都得去餐厅待到美国中部标准时间下午3点以后,如果还有空房,他们会收费延长提前入住时间。这次比这家酒店的正常入住时间提前了45分钟。除此之外,这家酒店还不错,只是给我们的入住体验留下了些许遗憾。
