We had reservations for 3 rooms. Only one of the rooms had hot water. From my understanding, they knew about this teo weeks ago. But, yet they continued to let guest make reservations. Plus, beds was very uncomfortable 😐

Staff was very kind. The room we had was outdated and in need of some repair. Some areas looked dirty like the bed skirt and corner area in the vanity.

The room had a very damp, moldy smell that kept my son and I up most of the night. There was a tapping in the wall that would not stop. The bathtub would not drain. Multiple stains on the couch, lampshade and wall. Staff was friendly though.

They served a very nice breakfast, facility was clean and room was well stocked. Nice plush towels! The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

our stay here was pretty nice everything went smoothly…we had a good time but one thing was not so good and that was that there was no pool with water. also the rooms could use an update, most furniture had scratches and holes. they have seen better times and are in need of replacement. But on the plus side the beds were pretty comfortable. Breakfast was ok, and the staff was helpf

The room had heavy smell of cigarettes. I have dust allergies and I ended up getting sick by end the of the stay. Couldn't even last 8 hours at this place.

The pool was closed no water in the pool. That is 95% reason i wanted this hotel. Last summer weekend Labor Day and no pool.
没想到房间如此之大，而且设备很齐全，包括很大的电冰箱，电炉，微波炉，洗碗机，还配备了一小包洗碗的洗涤剂。床是皇后级，稍微小了一点。早餐也算丰盛，什么都有。当然没有中国那种多样的蔬菜。环境很安静好，这看来是一个会议区，中心是个会议楼，周围都是宾馆。挺好的。
