The front desk staff were not very helpful as we didnt realize we needed credit card for deposit and they were adament and rude about it. Also the tv didnt work properly. Had to call front desk twice to fix it. And the tub was yellow and dirty looking. I woukdnt have bathed in it. Rooms are big but beds not very comfy

We visited the hotel for our kids soccer tournament. The staff were friendly, the amenities were good and our room was clean. All around it was a good experience.

房间宽敞卫生，一楼还有个小小泳池和滑道，可惜我们没带泳衣。早餐不错，大堂有免费咖啡、热水供应。我感觉房间里刷牙杯子、带盖的咖啡杯、床品、沐浴露洗发水洗手液等都很好用，说明这家连锁酒店的选品是用心的。
这家酒店很不错，附近有很多好吃的餐厅。他们还提供机场接送服务。员工也非常好。
服务一流，员工非常友好。我们在这里住得很舒服，提出的所有问题都得到了很好的解答。早餐很棒，房间干净整洁。
总体不错。房间干净整洁。早餐一般，但也过得去。康乐设施是一大加分项。最重要的是，服务非常出色，兑现了他们的承诺，尤其是对于像我这样凌晨一点左右才到机场的旅客。

航班晚点，23点多才办理入住，当时已经很疲惫了，但前台的工作人员非常友好，让我倍感暖心。房间和浴室都很宽敞、干净，住得很舒服。虽然很累，但房间隔音效果很好，听不到其他房间的声音，也没有外界噪音，一觉睡到天亮。如果下次还是深夜航班抵达，我还会选择住在这里。
英式早餐最起码的香肠、培根、烤土豆、炒鸡蛋一样都没有
