They require a $250 security deposit on all rooms. This means a room that I was expecting to pay $160 ended up costing about $420. The security deposit will apparently be credited back to me in five or 10 business days. This seems a little excessive.

The room was not clean and was had a significant number of beetles in it. I brought it to the staff attention and requested that the room be deep cleaned. When I returned the towels had been changed and that was it. Nothing had been wiped down; the bed wasn't made, the floors not cleaned, and the coffee etc. had not been restocked. There were also sticks in the window jams indicating security issues.

The room was dirty stains on the carpet bugs there was mould growing on the wall in the bathroom and by the outdoor door, there was mould growing on the wall there too

The staff stood out as very friendly and accommodating. Everything was very clean and organized. The slide was closed which was a bummer but pool was still open. Breakfast was great

The bedding could have been chosen a little better. As I always check beds I noted t he mattress protectors were just flipped and very dirty. It was late when we checked in therefore contacting the front was not an option as we just wanted to shower and get some rest before we had a busy day of travel the next day.
