Nice big clean rooms. Smallest toilets I have ever seen. Not the place to save a few bucks on.

The room was not clean and was had a significant number of beetles in it. I brought it to the staff attention and requested that the room be deep cleaned. When I returned the towels had been changed and that was it. Nothing had been wiped down; the bed wasn't made, the floors not cleaned, and the coffee etc. had not been restocked. There were also sticks in the window jams indicating security issues.

The room was dirty stains on the carpet bugs there was mould growing on the wall in the bathroom and by the outdoor door, there was mould growing on the wall there too

The staff stood out as very friendly and accommodating. Everything was very clean and organized. The slide was closed which was a bummer but pool was still open. Breakfast was great

The bedding could have been chosen a little better. As I always check beds I noted t he mattress protectors were just flipped and very dirty. It was late when we checked in therefore contacting the front was not an option as we just wanted to shower and get some rest before we had a busy day of travel the next day.

The Ramada Inn Hotel in Westlock Alberta is a great value for the money spent, the rooms are large clean and comfortable well appointed with comfortable beds and linens, and the usual comforts expected. The complimentary breakfast is very good, and the pool and hot a nice way to wind down before bed.
We stay here anytime we're in Westlock.

TV remote didn't work properly. We had to unplug the tv to shut it off. If we had been staying in the hotel room more we would have said something but we were only there to sleep. was disappointed in the breakfast. The juice dispenser was out of most of the juice. the eggs weren't hot and came out of a bag. The sausages were not very good. It was nice having a kitchenette and the room was clean and beds were comfortable.
