Hotel stay was ok but was quite disappointing to find that the garbage can and recycling can had both been left not emptied.

Room was pretty clean. No complaints there.
But the stairwell was infested with cockroaches. And the beds are terrible.
Nothing I would complain about for 100$/night hotel room. But 200$ a night.

Although I wish you had a better experience I do want to let you know that we are in the process of getting new beds. As for the bugs they are actually Maple bugs not cockroaches and we are working had to get rid of them.

The room was ok. There were dead flies in the roof, the toilet wasn't very clean and when I went to use the blow dryer it wouldn't work. Ohh and to add the bed was on a tilt. Definitely wouldn't recommend and would probably go across the street to the best western next time.

They were doing Reno’s so had to use stairs and the place is a bit of a maze but I really enjoyed it. Good gym. Old Galway’s are nasty but they are renovating so I exit will be better. Close to hospital and downtown. Great staff.

The staff were so friendly and the pool was fun for kids. The beds were so worn that you just sunk. My back is killing me. Lots of satins on carpet and the chair in the room. Also water pressure ****** in the shower.

The fridge wasn’t cold at all and we called about our TV not working all weekend and was advised that maintenance doesn’t work on the weekend

This hotel is clean, has wonderful breakfast, cute pool, good exercise room with weights and plenty of parking. Wonderful place to stay the night!

At 230 am the a/c went off. I called down- it did not come back on.
It was 28c= 82f.
I picked the hotel for the a/c.
