The young lady at the desk at check-in was awesome as well as the staff at breakfast but the floor we were put on smelled of burning plastic, it was actually nauseating. I understand there are renovations taking place but if they are affecting the quality of air or of the actual comfort of guests than maybe noone should be placed on the affected floors, i also witnessed multiple other guests complaining of the same issue to staff in the lobby. Upon checkout in the morning we were informed of an outstanding fee of roughly $40 when i asked what it was for, the girl at the desk was uninterested or unwilling to take the time to look into it or in explaining it to me and dismissing it as fee for parking or something she said! When i said i was told extra parking was roughly $20, she told me it was probably taxes or something that werent charged previously? As i work hard for the money i earn, i am not in the habit of throwing it away. So when i said to her, well i dont plan on paying for something that you cant tell me what it was for, she ignorantly told me she was printing out the bill which didn't show what it was for just that it wasnt paid? I ended up just just paying the amount she said was owing, but would never stay at this hotel again and have already warned co-workers to look for a different place to stay as our work involves alot of travel between Alberta and Ontario we will not be giving our business to this Ramada location again

I was pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded to the Victoria Manor, a king sized one bedroom suite!! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a great view of the city! Morning sunrise views were lovely!! The staff at the Ramada were very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Expensive parking. Breakfast not included. Poor ventilation. Dusty surfaces. Room magnetic keys stopped working multiple times. Washroom door difficult to close.

We stayed here to attend the Rider game. The pool area was a very nice surprise. The walk is a little long bus there are bus stops we could have taken. Our rooms bathroom door was VERY tight and therefore difficult to close. Very clean and pleasant stay.

Would not stay again
Room wasn’t very clean. Other peoples garbage under the bed, toilet and shower weren’t clean, bathroom sink was clogged, bedding was dirty. Pool was good except it was smelly like it needed some treatment. Hot tub jets didn’t work. Location was seedy and a lot of rif raff around

way to expensive for what it is, dont like how u have to pay for parking..... should be included. got breakfast vouchers... shouldnt that be free? too many people and no pool. very dissatisfied

房间里的浴室非常小,水槽生锈了,坏了。泳池脏得令人作呕,浑浊不堪,房间里到处都是头发,还有卫生巾……按摩浴缸底部满是污垢和棉绒。他们不提供早餐,而且停车还要收费。真是糟糕的体验,真可惜,因为我竟然要付两间房的钱!
