Hi, I would like a refund because if you guys would’ve put that there was construction in that hotel I wouldn’t have went got no sleep and it flared up my medical issue that I have so I would like to speak with a supervisor

Because I was with my elderly mother, we got an accessible room. It was a challenge because there was little room between the beds for her walker. However, I'm giving a good rating because they have very nice staff and a great location.

The room was clean and comfortable. When we checked in the tv wasn’t working. Left for dinner mentioned it to the front desk. It was fixed when we returned.

Breakfast was okay. Not much to choose from. The temperature in the room was not great. I had the air at 68F and it was still too warm to sleep comfortably. It seemed to come on maybe once an hour for a few minutes. Very uncomfortable.

Room was generally ok but could use some remodeling. A bit scruffy. Desk staff were friendly. Breakfast bar was ok. Pool was cold and should have steps for easier access.

Staff was incredibly friendly and kind. Room was well maintained, felt safe and comfortable.

Nice Hotel everyone was friendly and the room was clean.
The breakfast was good not allot of choices but what they had was good.
Would stay there again.

They are doing construction to update property. The breakfast was not very good. Both mornings there were no plates available. The hot tub has not been in service for years but website says they have one. Pool was not very warm. Most all the staff was very nice. Price was reasonable considering property isnt as nice as pictured. Definitely not like you see at other Fairfield properties. Maybe after they finish the updates it will be better. We only went there because it had a pool and was spose to have a hot tub and free breakfast so was a disappointment as hot tub was not in operation and breakfast was disappointing.

沙发床的弹簧床垫绝对该扔掉。我盖了两条对折的毯子，但还是没能阻止弹簧床垫每次移动都会弹起来。这太糟糕了，但太晚了，没办法了。除此之外，这地方还是很不错的。
