When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely man who was very warm amd welcoming. As he checked us into our room he told us about local restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable and extra blankets were left in case we got cold. Loved the extras in the room, tooth brushes, toothpaste, shaving kit, coffee, tea erc.

Beautiful newly-renovated rooms made for a nice stay. The beds were comfy and there are sliding doors leading to outside of each room, which is a nice touch. We arrived late, but the attendant was prepared and made check-in quick and easy. There's a lovely diner-style restaurant attached as well. Quiet location.

We had a lovely stay for a girl's night away. We enjoyed Hoggs Falls and The Frying Pan for dinner. Cute local shops, as well as a market and book sale.
The property was immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and available at the front desk. The beds and pillows were comfortable.
My only suggestion is to get deadbolt locks for inside the room doors, as well as bar locks for the sliding doors just to increase the safety feeling for guests when sleeping.

We stayed in a 2 queen room in the 'newer' building (attached to the office). The room was lovely, clean and new. It had a decent size mini fridge and microwave, and each unit has a outdoor sitting area for 2 wicker chairs, a table with an ashtray (smoking outdoors only). I could hear people in other rooms, so the walls are a little thin, but I was very surprised at how clean, fresh and new the room was. However - our friends stayed in a single queen room in the old section. I didn't see the room, but they said it was awful. Be sure to request a room in the new section! There is an attached restaurant - we didn't try it, but was open early for breakfast. For a small town - this hotel was GREAT!

The staff was most accommodating as I arrived rather late. The room was very clean - exactly as the photos.
There were a number of school busses in the parking lot but there was still plenty of room to park.
