This place was very neglected. I even searched for bedbugs just in case. I guess I’ll find out the hard way. We didn’t have time or we would’ve canceled this. That’s how bad this hotel needs to be renovated. I wish I could’ve gotten my money back because it sure was not worth what I paid for especially being a Marriott. The only positive thing was the staff was nice other than that. This place is nasty and I will never stay there again. If there’s anything you can do to get at least half my money back that would be great.!???

They never miss here with their environment. Some of the kindest people I’ve met and they are so welcoming! Proves are good, service is great!

Very surprised this is a Marriott bonvoy needs alot of work...seems redone but even when you walk in the front door there is a smell. Room smelled moldy.

Upon arriving at 7 pm the lobby was dark with no lights on. Our group wanted to hang out in the evening and the front desk person said they "didn't know" how to turn on the lights and didn't offer to help find out.
Room: our room was extremely DAMP and even with buying "damp rid" and running the bathroom fan, it didn't help. We found BLACK MOLD growing in the bathroom, and so did the group we were with so we didn't ask to switch rooms as we assumed it was an entire hotel problem with ventilation. We woke up stuffy and damp feeling. The beds were find and room was basically clean but the bathroom tub was dirty looking. Also, the dresser's drawers were broken and crooked.
The ice machine was broken which was just another "addition" to the unaccommodating feeling.

The photos on the website are of a nice clean new hotel. The actual hotel was old and run down. Our room smelled like mildew that someone tried to cover up with industrial fragrance. The mattress was old and tired and led to an awful nights sleep. Free breakfast was of very poor quality. Would not recommend.

酒店干净安全。我们要求订大床,结果却给了双人床。我们入住三天,第一天他们就忘了打扫房间。我们要求多要几条毛巾,结果等到早上才拿到。
