Chose for the hot tub but it was ice cold. Also old underwear were left in the fold out bed my kids used. Gross. Overall everyone was nice and breakfast was good. The lady at the desk in the evening was rude.

This place is soooooo clapped out. 20 degrees and no heat for 5 days !! Then then they lost hot water for 4 days. Im supposed to put a space heater in my room so we don’t freeze to death lol.
I filed 3 complaints until the last night they put space heaters in the room. It’s unexceptionable to have bugs no heat and no hot water then charge me 900 dollars to stay there. You failed to offer the baiic servers. My 10 year old daughter and I where expected to just deal with it in 20 degree weather. I’ll be reaching out to my legal department and will be in touch soon.

Nice room, comfortable beds, front desk people were fine. The shower went back & forth from very hot to very cold which is exciting.

Room wasn’t ready at check in time. Took almost an hour after check in time to clean and get room ready for me.

酒店设施有点旧,但很干净,我的房间很宽敞。早餐不错,不过咖啡很难喝,有一壶还是冷的。酒店离餐厅很近,离The Gathering和市中心也不远,而且有机场班车。
除了空调制冷效果不太好之外,其他都挺好的。他们给了一个落地扇,我们把它放在地上来帮助空气流通。
