Front desk check in 5 stars! Breakfast was very nice.
The room itself was awful and completely manageable. Yes, some wear and tear, but filth is preventable. It was apparent that housekeeping and management do not have standards, uphold standards or care. A little bleach and elbow grease would make a world of difference. PEOPLE utilize your facilities. Really sad.

When we arrived and checked into our room our eyes and asthma instantly burned and flared up. We checked out and went to Hershey lodge. More expensive but worth feeling healthy breathing for the kids

All of the staff was very nice. Claire was extremely kind and helpful.
Crossing the road from the hotel was a challenge. It’s difficult to see and the road is wider than it looks. This is certainly not the fault of the hotel, it is due to the hill. So be careful.
This hotel is in a great location.

The staff are amazing. They went above and beyond and helped us celebrate our daughter's birthday. Parking is free and convenient. Breakfast is plentiful and has a lot of variety. However, the hotel is dated and we wish the cleaning were better. They do clean every other day, which is ok, but even after they clean, the floors are not even vacuumed, and that is the reason why I took off 1 star.
