Service at hotel was a disaster. I asked for additional towels and Kleenex. I called housekeeping and got no answer and I called the front desk twice and never got my Kleenex. I got one towel. The hallways were dirty and the elevator right near my room was filthy. I’m a Hilton honors member and my treatment was a disaster.

We checked into our first Hilton hotel (DoubleTree) and immediately checked right back out. The room was absolutely filthy—like, hasn’t-seen-a-vacuum-since-1965 filthy. It reeked of mothballs, looked like it hadn’t been updated since 1962, and to top it off, there was a decaying bug corpse on top of the microwave. As if that wasn’t enough, we were told we could only have two towels—for three people. Are we supposed to take turns drying off? Or just drip dry? Apparently, they’re too short-staffed to clean rooms or wash towels, but somehow still had the audacity to offer a “discount” instead of an apology. After showing the front desk the bug that was trying to bunk with us, we should’ve been comped entirely. Hard pass on DoubleTree.

挺好的,酒店服务不错,而且酒店里面布局看起来很舒适,房间也挺不错的很安静。
地理位置还 环境干净舒适 酒店设施很好 住的很满意 下次还会再选择

我来这里旅游,感觉很棒。
该酒店前台工作人员比较混乱,原预订的早餐到现场被告知没有交钱,不得不找携程再次联系。居住体验不好。但是房间比较安静。屋内设施比较老旧。PA酒店设施貌似都是这样。
