Its the second time I’ve stayed here the room was in need of roof work in the room as it had a plaster patch that was rough not smooth at all. The Air conditioning wouldn’t cool the room down very good so the second night I got back late and it was really warm in the room. So I opened the patio to the courtyard area which was way cooler then my room. So at 10:30 I called the front desk about so they sent the maintenance guy to come look he ended up looking at it and though it was fixed but then came back 10 min after and it quit working so he said we’ll move buoy to another room. So I went to the room to drop my stuff off then went to the front desk to get new cards then he said it was for a different room and I had to go get my stuff and move to the other side of the hotel. But it was still good.

the room is always great, the staff are extremely awesome and outgoing, and very understanding. cant say enough good things for them, and the cleaners are also super friendly and amazing at making the rooms look very professional and inviting.

5 nights there due to no cancellations. rooms are dated but comfortable. no housekeeping during full stay. had to ask for toilet paper,soap and towels. no seating in the hot tub, standing only. hard to get in and out. unsafe neighborhood and dirty outside. potholes in parking lot are huge. would never stay there again. Free breakfast was sub par. at least you cannot mess up toast and jam.

Building is at the end of its cycle..needs a complete redo..carpets /elevator smelly / hot tub had no seats or jets. parking lot was an adventure with lots of pot holes. breakfast was marginal..

The hallways smell. The rooms are worn , carpets dirty,ceiling looks like it could fall ,very poor patch job. The bathtub was full and it flooded onto the floor a bit. It was not a great first impression of our stay.
The staff are courteous and they are fixing the problem.
