The only issues were with a loud truck and van running outside for extended periods of time and some noisy guests in the hallway. The staff and service are excellent!

The front desk staff and the breakfast attendant are always welcoming and friendly. I travel to Prince Albert 3–5 times a year, and although I’ve stayed at other nearby hotels, this one is the most convenient in terms of location, service, and comfort. I noticed hitel changed flooring from carpet to vinyl, it makes better.

Room was old, clean, staff was really nice.
Breakfast area needs a lot of work and healthier food options. Pool area needs work. Pool and hot tub are fine but it’s like walking into a horror movie. Sauna was part of the reason we booked and it didn’t get nearly hot enough. Says it heats to 85’C but probably didn’t get over 45’C.

Great staff. Rooms are super clean; but the room is due for a remodel. Great price, but I had already locked in at a higher price. There was one loitering lady in the parking lot that was trying to sell a hoody. Shout out to the breakfast lady who was so kind to mix up a cup of hot chocolate for my friend that drinks no coffee, tea or juice. You made our day!

Clean smelling sheets
Bed was very comfortable, good sleeps, good energy. Lactose and no coffee creamer alternative. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was good. Nice and quiet. 😊
