When we arrived and got a room it smelled terrible. We had to request another room. Turns out they have a mold problem. They said to request a partial refund and they would approve it. They are renovating which we didn’t know during the booking process. The staff was good about the situation.

Always comfortable at Holiday Inn Express. Beds comfy, room was clean, no smell. Breakfast was outstanding, a big variety of food to choose from and the staff was replenishing it before trays got empty. Easy check in/out.

It needs to be updated. There was chipped paint and dingy tiles. It smelled musty but the people at the front desk fixed that for us, which was really nice.
