说实话，房间的状况让我非常惊喜。厨房、独立于起居室的卧室、早餐、全天供应的咖啡、健身房、游泳池（我没用）和停车场都很棒。员工彬彬有礼、乐于助人且尊重客人。以后每次来诺克斯维尔我都会选择这里。非常棒的住宿体验。谢谢！
我对全体员工印象非常深刻。他们非常友好、热情、乐于助人。接下来的五六周，我将继续在这里接受癌症治疗，这都得益于他们的帮助。
唯一不足之处是楼梯间有异味，而且空气不流通。

住宿体验不错，地理位置也很好，离所有生活所需都很近！电视可以升级一下，或许可以提供一些流媒体账号。住了几天之后，频道有点看腻了，想追追剧。厨房设施很棒，让我的长住生活更加便利。
还好，但是那没完没了的烟味……
房子本身没问题。最糟糕的是员工，尤其是那些看起来像是清洁工和维修工的人，他们总是在楼门口抽烟。其中一个人几乎一直都在抽。他们把还没熄灭的烟头扔在垃圾桶里，而垃圾桶的位置当然就在门口，所以每次开门，烟味都会飘进走廊。员工身上也散发着浓重的烟味。一晚500多美元，你肯定不希望遇到这种烦人的事。
住过的最好的酒店
我必须说，这是我住过的最好的酒店之一。房间非常漂亮，淋浴也很棒。迷你厨房里有全尺寸冰箱，这真是个加分项。步行道和餐厅都在视线范围内。前台和客房服务人员都非常乐于助人，健身房也很棒。
干净整洁，员工热情友好。对于带着十几岁男孩长途自驾游的游客来说，这里是过夜的理想之选。
酒店允许携带宠物，环境舒适。我们房间的床似乎比标准的双人床要小一些，但一切都很干净，其他方面也很舒适。
酒店很棒。离餐厅和商店都很近，步行即可到达。唯一的缺点是淋浴水压太小，而且我们原本希望泳池能开放到晚上10点以后。
很棒的地方，我们免费升级到了两卧室套房，这对我们一家来说简直太棒了。套房里有3台电视和2个全套卫浴。
近乎完美的住宿体验
房间非常干净，只是淋浴区的两面墙有霉斑。床很舒服，房间也很安静，只是空调风扇的噪音有点大。
