Staff was very nice, hotel was clean and comfortable and located central to the parkway,breakfast was very nice variety and staff was always on hand,dining room clean and relaxed

We had the two room family suite. The room was dirty when we went in. There was food and trash under both of the pullout couches. Both pullout couch mattresses were heavily stained with urine. My kids refused to sleep on them. There were no mattress covers on the beds which would easily have fixed the problem. The bathroom in one of the rooms had fingernails laying on the countertop. At approximately 7am the speakers throughout the hotel started BLARING music! This was absolutely not OK!!! We came from a 2 hour different time zone and wanted to sleep in a bit but the music made it impossible. Why in the world would the manager think this is ok when people are trying to sleep??? The only bright spot at this hotel was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. You should really appreciate the staff you have! We got this hotel as part of a vacation package but if we had not we definitely would have switched hotels. We were very disappointed and would not recommend or stay here again.

We had a really pleasant stay at the Ramsey Convention Center. The room was extra clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious. The staff at the front desk were very kind and easy to work with, which I really appreciated.
The only downside was around 10:30 p.m. when a large group of teenagers and kids came in from the pool area. They were screaming, slamming doors, and being extremely loud getting off the elevator, which woke us up. I did call the front desk, and they handled the situation politely and quickly. While the noise didn’t completely stop, it did quiet down after that.
Overall, aside from that late-night disturbance, the stay was wonderful and the hotel itself is beautiful and well kept. I would definitely stay again!

Room was dirty when we arrived, pool area was dirty & no pool towels. When I asked the front desk for towels, they stated they only had hand towels to offer.

The staff wasn’t friendly or helpful. The pictures on the website didn’t match reality. The breakfast was decent and convenient. The pool was open 24 hours which is the highlight of the hotel. The hotel is dated and not the cleanest. It was an ok experience.

我们不得不让他们换床单，因为上面到处都是头发。前台工作人员也不是很友好。
总体而言，这家酒店管理得不错，员工们互相协作、互相支持，这一点令人欣慰。尤其让我满意的是，办理入住无需等待数小时，这让抵达过程更加顺畅。
入住期间，部分楼层正在装修。虽然可以理解，但房间里弥漫着一股明显的异味，也能看到施工的痕迹，这在一定程度上影响了整体印象。
房间本身感觉比较凉爽，一些小细节还有待改进。咖啡机坏了，房间里没有吹风机，而且窗户漏风。我抵达时还发现床上有一根黑头发。值得一提的是，酒店提供熨斗。
我比较满意的一点是，大堂大部分时间都供应咖啡和茶。
作为一家四星级酒店，🫣🫣🫣
总的来说，如果选择有限，这家酒店或许是个不错的选择。如果能注重一些细节，它完全可以提供更舒适的住宿体验。
